Maria's didn't start as a restaurant. It started at a kitchen table, with a recipe box full of stained index cards and a conviction that the best food comes from the simplest ingredients treated with respect.
Today, we still hand-fold every tortilla. We still grind our own salsa ingredients each morning. We still set the table like you're family — because that's exactly who you are when you walk through our doors.
